Official Check-in time starts at 2:00 PM. Official Check-out time is before 12:00 PM (noon) for room housekeeping.

2. Guest Capacity & Quiet Hours:

Guests are requested to comply with the registered room capacity. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

3. Cancellation & Confirmation Policy:

This booking is directly with the host. Confirmation and deposit payments are handled directly with the host via WhatsApp/Email.

4. House Rules:

No smoking inside rooms or indoor areas. Please maintain cleanliness and turn off air conditioning when leaving the room.

We only collect basic information such as Name, Phone Number (WhatsApp), Email Address, and stay dates for homestay reservation verification and direct host communication.

Your personal data is strictly confidential and protected under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). We will never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Reservation Data Usage:

Submitted information is strictly used to transmit booking details to the host official WhatsApp/Email for stay confirmation and deposit processing.

4. Your Rights:

You have the right to request updates or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting the host directly.
